Over her career, Mona has served on fourteen startup teams and organizations – unlocking billions in new startup funding along the way. After spending a decade taking VC-backed startups public and managing their aftermarkets, then raising a $500M debut PE fund in 2007 – VC leaders asked Mona to Silicon Valley in 2008 to “Fix the IPO Crisis”. She conceived and built the first private market platform as an IPO-on ramp, restoring venture liquidity and launching the unicorn investing trend in the process (acquired twice; now part of the Nasdaq Private Market).
Mona previously authored and successfully lobbied legislation a decade earlier that has since delivered billions in new VC investment, and she has been a vocal advocate in the new 2025-26 legislative unlock to help restore IPOs, economic growth, and retail wealth access (see Advocacy section for the published submissions and Infographic).
Mona is again at the forefront of capital markets evolution with Radivision, her fourth and current startup as CEO and Founder. Radivision represents the culmination of a career supporting startups and investors – now leveraging AI and media technologies to engage, educate, and deliver investment referrals at scale to transform the innovation capital formation ecosystem . Radivision’s critical missing infrastructure will empower the new retail investor private market and IPO movement defining the next decade of investing – facilitating $25T of new global funds into the startup ecosystem, while delivering wealth access to everyday investors.
